LICENSED, INSURED AND TRAINED STAFF

For your security and peace of mind, our experienced window cleaners are licensed and police checked. We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Our staff are clearly identifiable through our branded uniforms, badges and company vehicles.

There are many rogue window cleaners who do not undertake license checks which are a legal requirement in Scotland. These un-licensed window cleaners are operating illegally.

Our IPAF and PASMA trained staff are licensed in the safe and effective use of mobile access tower platforms as well as mobile elevated working platforms (MEWPs), including cherry pickers, spider lifts etc.

HOW WE WILL CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS

We can work at over 50 feet using the latest Water-Fed Pole technology, however we can also provide traditional window cleaning if required where it is safe to do so. We will chose the most appropriate method suited to your requirements.

Most of our window cleaning is completed using the reach and wash method as this is the safest method for our staff who work from the ground using a telescopic pole which feeds pure water through the pole directly to your windows. This method allows us to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Work at Height Regulations (2005). It also:
 

  • significantly reduces potential injury to our staff;

  • gives our staff access to difficult to reach or previously inaccessible windows;

  • reduces potential damage to your property; and

  • maintains privacy, reducing any disturbance to occupiers.
